Layer Height: 0.03mm β 0.05mm. Bottom Exposure: 25β35s (4-6 layers). Normal Exposure: 1.8β2.6s (calibrated for standard 8K grey resin). Contact Point Size: 0.25mm light supports on delicate features, 0.40mm medium supports on base islands. Wash for 3β5 min in 99% IPA and cure for 2β3 min.
π§΅FDM (Cura / PrusaSlicer / Bambu) Tips
Layer Height: 0.12mm (0.08mm for minis). Nozzle: 0.4mm or 0.2mm. Infill: 15β20% Gyroid for uniform strength. Wall Count: 3 perimeters (minimum 1.2mm shell). Support: Organic/Tree supports with 0.16mm Z-contact distance and interface layers for clean detachment.
