What file formats do OddityLabs printpacks come in?
The OddityLabs printpacks come with an unsupported STL file, a resin-supported STL file and 2 3MF files for FDM printing with supports. These two 3MF files cover 90%+ of the printer/slicer marketshare.
Do I need a resin printer to use them?
No, all printpacks come with files for both resin and FDM printing. Of course all printed models look sharpest on resin, but everything will also look great when printed with FDM.
How often are new models added?
Every week new models are added to the site. You can follow this via the 'New drops' page of the website.
What does Quality Guarantee mean?
Quality Guarantee means that all models are 100% watertight, have no degenerate triangles or winding errors and have a proper minimal wall thickness. The actual numbers on these topics can be found on the product pages. On top of that all models are tested in multiple slicers to slice properly for perfect printing.
What if my printer is unable to print the model?
If your printer is unable to print the model you bought you can always contact support, which will help you get the file properly printed. If it then still does not work, your money will be refunded — no questions asked!
Can I sell prints I make from OddityLabs files?
No, every file is licensed for personal use only. You can print it multiple times for personal use, but not sell them to 3rd parties. If you want to sell the models commercially please contact us via the form so that we can discuss the correct terms and agreements for this.
